The mental wellness of seniors frequently gets overlooked  and undervalued.  Although, mental stress can begin at an early age which may result in a mental disorder.  Seniors most times experience the highest level of cognitive mental disorders amongst the two. Isolating your loved one- may lead to a sense of loneliness which triggers depression or stress.
