The mental wellness of seniors frequently gets overlooked and undervalued. Although, mental stress can begin at an early age which may result in a mental disorder. Seniors most times experience the highest level of cognitive mental disorders amongst the two. Mental stress, anxiety and depression worsens over time which diminishes their quality of life. There is still time and with faith everything is on your side.
