Office Manager

The office manager of Bringing Life To Seniors will be responsible for:  maintaining office efficiency, planning, implementing and equipment procurement. 

Re-enforce office policies by establishing standards and procedures.


 Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;  ensuring to following up on work results. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.


Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.


Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Executive Assistant

(1) Open Position

Performs administrative duties for the Owner &  executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements, meeting and event arrangements; preparing all necessary reports needed, training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.


 Liaison to Office Manager. They perform clerical tasks, like accepting and making phone calls, setting business meeting agendas, sending memos, accepting visitors, reviewing incoming reports, and setting the executive's daily schedule.

Lead Caregiver

Several Open Position's

Participate in Quality Assurance Safety meetings. On-call responsibilities as outlined in the On-Call policy. Be an active listener and effective communicator. Be a good problem solver. Participate in company sponsored family events, marketing and promotional events in the home.


Ensure compliance and participate in training as scheduled; support and encourage team members to do the same. Address & report caregiving concerns and questions from other team members. Review caregiving duties of team members to ensure completion. 


Bring concerns regarding team members or residents to the attention of the Owner & Office Manager. Monitor and record health and behavior of senior while communicating such information with other management and staff.

Maintain the confidentiality of resident and client records, including identity, behavior and medical conditions and be cautious of discussing resident issues in front of others.

Supervise and monitor senior client's in regards to their safety, following applicable care-giving policy procedures and standards. 


Read and implement senior client's  individual care plans. Implement life enrichment activities per schedule. Prepare meals and provide snacks. Begin food preparation for the following day if part of assigned shift duties. Serve meals to residents during assigned shift as scheduled. Attend team member meetings & Corporate meetings. Attend state approved fire safety, first aid, and other required training's and provide copies of certification as necessary. Know the emergency and evacuation procedures established for the residents home.


Assist in household and maintenance duties on a daily basis which includes but are not limited too: cleaning, laundry, inventory and storage of supplies and report outdoor maintenance needed. Use all materials, food, and supplies resourcefully; report needed items to the Owner & Office manager.

Caregiver

Several Open Position's

Caregivers work in the home and help their clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. Caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.


Caregiver duties and responsibilities can include: Assisting with personal care: bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise. Basic food preparation: preparing meals, shopping, housekeeping, laundry, and other errands.
